STAGER
The stager is mounted immediately above the end seal jaws, and the
purpose is to support the product while the seals are cooling. This
allows for optimum strength seals. Currently, there are two styles of
stagers:
Stager Open Speed Control
Cushion Adjustment

MPORTANT
The product should be timed to fall just as the stager closes.
1.
Bring the machine to a controlled stop.
2.
Turn the electrical power Off and lockout the machine.
3.
Adjust the cushions by turning the adjustment screws all
the way in (clockwise) and then back out 1/2 turn.
Fine adjustment may be required for quiet operation.
