Quad Seal Platen Assembly

UAD EAL TO TANDARD
Refer to Option 1 and Option 2 for the side platen deactivation
1. Remove the side seal film guides along with the two
adjustment brackets for each guide.
2. Loosen the two fasteners holding the center platen just
enough to slide the center platen to the lowest possible
position.
3. Retighten the two center platen fasteners.
4. Set the platen air pressure to 40 psi at the back of the
machine.

TANDARD LAT OTTOM
Refer to Option 1 and Option 2 for the side platen deactivation.
1. Set the platen air pressure to 65 psi at the back of the
machine.
2. Loosen the two fasteners holding the center platen just
enough to slide the center platen to the highest possible
position.
3. Retighten the two center platen fasteners.
4. Install the side seal film guides along with the two adjust-
ment brackets for each guide.

Refer to Option 1 and Option 2 for the side platen deactivation
1. Remove tucking assembly from the machine.
2. If desired, the bag orientor and bag eject may be removed.
3. Install the stager assembly.
4. Remove the side seal film guides along with the two
adjustment brackets for each guide.
