OLE UNCH LIGNMENT
The punch rod must slide freely through the guide bushings in both the
front and rear jaw face. If adjustment becomes necessary:
1. Turn Off machine power.
2. Move the punch:
a. horizontally - loosen nuts and slide the mounting plate
b. vertically - loosen screws and slide the guide bars
up/down
3. Ensure the punch clears the guide bushing around the full
circumference.
4. Tighten the mounting screws and/or nuts.
5. Restore machine power.

OLE IZE DJUSTMENT
The size (in degrees) of the hole can be changed from 0° to approxi-
mately 270°. This cut area is determined by the distance the punch rod
extends beyond the sealing surface of the rear jaw face with the air cyl-
inder fully extended. To adjust the position of the punch rod:
