Partially loosen the right hand 10/24" screw.
4.
Slide the knife out of the recess.
5.
Slide in the new knife blade.
6.
Tighten the right hand screw.
7.
Replace the left hand screw.
8.
Restore power.

1.
Remove machine power and lockout the machine.
2.
Verify the knife is fully retracted and the air cylinder is
fully extended.
The knife position is correct when the tips of the blade are flush with
or 1/32" inside the front jaw face.
3.
If the knife blade position is incorrect:
a. loosen the knife adjusting collar
b. turn the collar in to pull the knife blade in, turn the
knife adjusting collar out to push the knife blade out
c. re-tighten the knife adjusting collar
4.
Restore machine power.
The knife output fires every cycle. The auxiliary 3 output fires each
cycle until the saddle bag count is reached, and then does not fire for
one cycle.
1.
Disable the aux. 3 option on the operator interface.
2.
Select European Perf as the operating mode for aux. 3.
3.
Enter a value in the aux. 3 FROM and TO fields.
4.
Set the saddle bag count to the number of bags required.
