The front platen assembly components are contained in the platen
housing and the rear platen assembly components are contained just
behind the forming tube.
Flow control valves on the air cylinder control sealer speed. To adjust
the speed of the front platen seal bar:
1.
Turn OFF all power to the machine.
2.
Adjust the flow controls on the air cylinder.
3.
Restore power to the machine.
To center the platen sealing surface to the forming tube:
1.
Loosen the two lock handles on the front platen.

To move the platen right or left:
Move Left
Turn the adjustment handle away
from the operator.

3.
Tighten the locking handles.
