Adjust the depth of the top tuckers so the leading edge is
even with the side of the forming tube and lock in place.

Pull the jaws and tuckers open.

Thread film through the machine and over the forming
tube.
20.
Re-install the knife and restore power.
21.
Reset the machine.
22.
Select a program.
23.
Set up the pull belts so they are aligned with the tube.

Turn the jaws Off operator interface and run several
empty bag cycles until the film tracks correctly n the
former.
25.
Turn the jaws On.
26.
Run several cycles and fine-tune adjustments as needed.

MPORTANT
The speed of the jaws is critical when running flat bottom bags.
Adjust the speed using the flow controls on the jaw cylinder for
smooth operation. As adjustments are made, run several cycles to
verify the tuckers do not punch holes in the bag.
