The TO value is the time required to make the full poker stroke. If
adjusted too high, the poker will not retract before the next dump,
catching product.
The bag eject supports the bottom of the bag as it is sealed and contin-
ues to hold the finished bag for a period of time, allowing the seals to
cool.
The platen seal air turns on when the platen reaches its TO timing
value. It remains on until the film begins to move on the next cycle.
Excessive time cools the platen.
Jaw seal air provides air for cooling the end seal. The air is turned on at
the time the jaws open and turns off when the film begins to move.
Set the maximum opening distance for the jaw in millimeters. If strip-
pers are installed, no change is allowed from full open.
