Sharpen or replace knife.
Adjust flow control
Set location close to edge
Set count to 2 making it less sensitive
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean the knife slots in the front & rear jaw
faces.

Check switch to see if it is sending signal to
machine controller.
Adjust the knife cylinder flow controls and
cushions.
Increase the dwell time of the jaw
open/close and knife.
Replace the knife.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The tuckers must not engage the film at
any time that the film is being moved by the
pull belts and measuring rollers. Any
restriction of the film movement results in
the film wrinkling up and jamming under the
side seal film guides. The tucking mecha-
nisms are synchronized to the jaws via a
cam device (vertical move only).
Bags must immediately be cleared from the
area directly under the jaws; otherwise, the
next bag being formed will hang up on the
obstruction and cause the film to wrinkle up
and jam under the side seal film guides.
