If adjustment is necessary, turn the appropriate adjust-
ment screw to eliminate the gap between the jaw faces.
10.
Re-tighten the setscrews.

Replace and re-tighten the guard screws.
CEREAL JAW
The cereal jaw is a resistance jaw with a wider center band that is not
heated. This configuration provides an easier opening package.
Set-up and adjustments to the jaws are the same as resistance jaws.
FALSE HEADER JAWS

1 = End Seal Jaw
The false header is a small set of jaws mounted below the end seal
jaws. The false header forms an extra seal below the end seal so that
there is a flat area of film without product. The false header jaws may
be cleaned and maintained the same as the standard end seal jaws.
Temperature adjustments are made to the false header's auxiliary heat
zone on the operator interface. There are no adjustments.
