Removing the push button unit

Use this procedure to remove the push button unit.

CAUTION
Always cut the paint with a knife and grind the paint edge when disassembling
parts. See Cut the paint or surface on the robot before replacing parts on page
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE
(ESD)
The unit is sensitive to ESD. Before handling
the unit read the safety information in section
The unit is sensitive to ESD on page 33
Remove the push button guard from the base.
