Action
Apply the same load in the opposite direc-
tion (180°), as shown in the figure.
Remove the load and make a note of the
value from the dynamometer, as value a2.
Calculate the play in the axis as a1 + a2.
The values of a1 and a2 are absolute val-
ues.
Turn on power.
Turn axis 5 to +90°.
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Repeat step 10 to step 12.
Turn on power.
Turn axis 5 to -90°.
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Repeat step 10 to step 12.
