4.2.4 Cut the paint or surface on the robot before replacing parts

Action
Seal all refitted joints with Sikaflex 521FC.
Use the tooling pin to even out the surface
of the Sikaflex seal.
Wait 15 minutes.
Use Touch up paint Clean Room, white to
paint the joint.
Note
Always read the instruction in the product
data sheet in the paint repair kit for Clean
Room.
Note
After all repair work, wipe the robot free from particles with spirit on a lint free
cloth.
