SYMPTOM ADJUSTMENT
If the throttle arm does not fully open
Slide the lock plate (1) backward and remove the
throttle control cable (2) from the throttle arm (3).
Loosen the shift pivot lock nut (1).
Adjust the shift pivot (2) so it can be installed over the
throttle arm (3) easily.
Lock the lock plate (4) by sliding it to the groove (5) of
the shift link.
