TRIM/TILT
Loosen the manual valve (1) fully and set the swivel
case in the uppermost position, using the tilt stopper.
Tighten the manual valve to the specified torque with
the swivel case in the uppermost position.
TORQUE: 3.4 N·m (0.35 kgf·m, 2.5 lbf·ft)
Open the wire harness clip (1) and release the trim
angle sensor wire and power tilt motor wire.
Remove the spiral tube (2) from the trim angle sensor
wire and power tilt motor wire.
Remove the wire band (1) from the under case
grommet C (2) and release the trim angle sensor wire
(3) and power tilt motor wire (4).
Remove the motor wire bushing (1) from the L. stern
bracket (2).
