FUEL SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Install the A/F sensor (1) to the exhaust manifold (2).
Tighten the A/F sensor to the specified torque using a
special tool.
TOOL:
Sensor socket wrench,
22 x 150 mm (3)
TORQUE: 42 N·m (4.3 kgf·m, 31 lbf·ft)
Install the connector bracket (1) and tighten the three
bolts (2).
Connect the A/F sensor 4P connector (3) and install it
to the connector bracket.
Install the four harness band clips (4) to the connector
bracket.
Install the engine cover.
ECT SENSOR 1 REMOVAL/
INSTALLATION
Remove the fuse/relay junction box (page 10-3).
Disconnect the ECT sensor 1 (2P) connector (1).
Remove the ECT sensor 1 (2) and O-ring (3).
Apply engine oil to a new O-ring and install it to the ECT
sensor 1.
Install and tighten the ECT sensor 1 to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Connect the ECT sensor 1 (2P) connector.
Install the fuse/relay junction box (page 10-3).
