TRIM/TILT
Tighten the self-locking nut (25 × 2.0 mm) (1) or self-
locking nut (7/8-14 UNF) (2) to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 lbf·ft)
Tighten the self-locking nut (25 × 2.0 mm) or self-
locking nut (7/8-14 UNF) of the other side to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 lbf·ft)
Install the trim angle sensor (1) and tighten the two
bolts (2) securely.
Position the trim angle sensor wire (1) and power tilt
motor wire (2) in the motor wire bushing (3) as shown.
Install the motor wire bushing into the L. stern bracket
(4) by aligning its boss (5) with the groove (6) of the
bracket.
Check that the corrugated tube (1) of the power tilt
motor wire (2) stands straight up as shown.
