FUEL SYSTEM
ASSEMBLY
Install a new O-ring (1) and collar (2) to the fuel pump

(3).
Install a new O-ring (4) to the pump holder (5).

Install the following parts to the fuel pump case (6).

– Pump holder
(2)
– Fuel pump
– Insulator A (7)
(3)
– Plate (8)
(5)
(4)
(6)
Install the pump harness (1) to the pump cover (2).

Install the screw (3) with the washer (4) and tighten it to

the specified torque. (1)
TORQUE: 2.1 N·m (0.21 kgf·m, 1.5 lbf·ft)

Install the terminal holder (1) to the pump cover (2).

Set the pump harness terminals (3) as shown.
