RELIEF VALVE DISASSEMBLY/
ASSEMBLY
Remove the R. engine under cover (page 6-10).
Remove the following:
– Bolt (6 x 22 mm) (1)
– Water relief tube C (2)
– Relief valve (3)
– Relief valve cover O-ring (4)
– Tube (7 x 40 mm) (5)
– T-joint (6)
– Relief valve cover (7)
– Tube (7 x 160 mm) (8)
– Six tube clamps D10.5 (9)
Replace the relief valve cover O-ring with a new one.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
