FUEL SYSTEM
Apply engine oil to two new O-rings (1) and install them
to the joint pipe (2).
Insert the joint pipe until it is seated on the fuel line (3).
Install the fuel hose (4) to the fuel line and tighten the
bolt (5).
To prevent fuel leaks, make sure the fuel pipe joint and
fuel hose are fixed to the fuel line securely before
tightening the bolt.
Apply engine oil to two new O-rings (1) and install them
to the joint pipe (2).
Insert the joint pipe until it is seated on the fuel line (3).
Install the pressure regulator (4) to the fuel line in the
specified angle as shown.
Install and tighten the holding nut (5) to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 27 N·m (2.8 kgf·m, 20 lbf·ft)
Connect the pressure regulator control tube (6) and
pressure regulator return hose (7) to the pressure
regulator.
Install the regulator cap (8) and secure it with the
harness band (9).
