ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Tighten the four exhaust guide bolts (1) from the under
side of the mounting case in the numbered order in two
or three steps to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 26 N·m (2.7 kgf·m, 19 lbf·ft)
Install the three washers (12 mm) (1) to the two bolts
(12 × 130 mm) (2) and bolt (12 × 70 mm) (3).
Tighten the bolts from the under side of the mounting
case in the numbered order to the specified torque.
TORQUE:
64 N·m (6.5 kgf·m, 47 lbf·ft):
Two hex bolts (12 × 130 mm) (2)
Hex bolt (12 × 70 mm) (3)
44 N·m (4.5 kgf·m, 32 lbf·ft):
Two bolts (10 × 110 mm) (4)
Bolt (10 × 80 mm) (5)
26 N·m (2.7 kgf·m, 19 lbf·ft)
Bolt (8 × 100 mm) (6)
Loosely install the bolts and nuts.
Tighten the bolts from the upper side of the engine in
the numbered order in two or three steps to the
specified torque.
TORQUE:
64 N·m (6.5 kgf·m, 47 lbf·ft):
Bolt (12 × 83 mm) (1)
44 N·m (4.5 kgf·m, 32 lbf·ft):
Bolt (10 × 70 mm) (2)
Two nuts (10 mm) (3)
26 N·m (2.7 kgf·m, 19 lbf·ft)
Two bolts (8 × 55 mm) (4)
