CYLINDER HEAD
Remove the valve spring retainer (1), valve spring (2),
valve (3), valve stem seal (4) and valve spring seat (5).
Check the valve heads for chipping and excessive
carbon deposits. Clean or replace the valves if
necessary.
• Identify each part so they can be reinstalled in their
original locations.
Inspect the cylinder head (page 14-45).
