COOLING SYSTEM
FLUSH VALVE DISASSEMBLY/
ASSEMBLY
Remove the following:
– L. engine under cover (page 6-4)
– R. engine under cover (page 6-10)
Remove the following:
– Two tube clamps D10.5 (1)
– Tube (7 x 200 mm) (2)
– Flush valve spring (3)
– Flush valve (4)
– O-ring (16 mm) (5)
– Flush valve cover (6)
– Bolt (6 x 16 mm) (7)
– Tube clip B1 (8)
– Water seal (9)
– Water hose joint A (10)
– Flush plug cap (11)
– Tube (8 x 300 mm) (12)
Replace the O-ring (16 mm) with a new one.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
