CYLINDER HEAD
INSTALLATION
Align the crankshaft sprocket mark (1) with the pointer
(2) on the cylinder block.

Install the cam chain guide (1), then install and tighten

the three bolts (2) to the specified torque.

TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Install the cam chain tensioner arm (3), then install and

tighten the tensioner pivot bolt (4) to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 22 N·m (2.2 kgf·m, 16 lbf·ft)
Set the cam chain by aligning a color plate (1) with the
index mark (2) of the crankshaft sprocket. (1)
