Remove the lock nut (1) using the special tool.
TOOL:
Lock nut wrench, 36 × 47.8 mm (2) 07916-MB00002
Remove the vertical shaft (3).
• Be careful not to drop the needle bearing (rollers)
when removing the vertical shaft.
Remove the eighteen needle bearing rollers (1).
Replace the puller jaws (1) of the special tool as shown.
TOOLS:
Bearing race puller (2)
Puller jaws, 25 mm (3)
Remove the reverse bevel gear (4) using the special
tools as shown.
TOOLS:
