policy-map-input policy-map-name cpu-qos | [layer2]
To remove an input policy map, use the no policy-map-input policy-map-
name cpu-qos | [layer2] command.

Enter the cpu-qos keyword to assign this ACL to control
plane traffic only.
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword layer2 to specify a Layer 2
Class Map. The default is Layer 3.
