liPROWED MANIFOLD CLA1P WASHER FOR 4.2L14 ENGINE
An improved manifold clamp washer, PN 8933 004 255, was phased into 4 . 2 l 1-6 engine production
on October 16,1986. The clamp washer is used at manifold retaining bolt positions 3 through 10.
NOTE: The new clamp washer also can be used on all I-6 engines built from 1964 onward.
Do not reuse the old clamp washers when the manifolds or gasket are removed or replaced during
service. The new clamp washers must be used.
