T.C. 231 TRANSFER CASE
OVERHAUL
Remove the synchronizer hub (27) and stop ring
(28) from the mainshaft.

Remove the drive sprocket (29) from the
mainshaft.

Slide the range fork pin (30) out of the slot in the
sector (31).

Remove the range fork (32) and shift hub (33) as
an assembly. Note position of the fork and hub
for assembly reference.
