BA 10/5 MANUAL TRANSMISSION
OVERHAUL
Zero the dial indicator.
Lock the indicator pointer at the zero setting and
carefully remove the dial indicator. S e t the
indicator a s i d e in preparation for the next
measurement.
R e m o v e the rear c a s e .
Install the intermediate shaft roller bearing (55)
in the rear c a s e (52) with tool B.V.I. F M . 11 and
an arbor press.

Install the fifth gear bearing race (53) in the rear
c a s e (52) with tool B.V.I. F M . 11 and an arbor
press.
