Installation
Antiseize s e a l e r is already applied to the threads
of replacement 0

s e n s o r s .
H a n d start the s e n s o r in the e x h a u s t pipe
adapter.
Tighten the sensor to 27-34 N-m (20-25 ft-lbs)
torque.
CAUTION:
E n s u r e that the wire terminal e n d s
are properly seated in the connector prior to
joining the connectors.
C o n n e c t the wire h a r n e s s connector.
NOTE:
Do not push the rubber boot down on the
s e n s o r body beyond 13 mm (0.5 in.) above the
b a s e . A l s o , the oxygen s e n s o r pigtail wires
cannot be spliced or soldered. If broken, replace
the s e n s o r .
Wide Open Throttle (WOT) Switch
Removal
R e m o v e the air cleaner and disconnect the I S A
motor and W O T switch wires.
Disconnect and remove the throttle and cruise
control (if equipped) c a b l e s from the switch
bracket.
R e m o v e the W O T switch (B) from the bracket
(C).

Installation
Install the replacement W O T switch on the
bracket ( C ) . Do not fully tighten the switch
s c r e w s at this time.
Install the I S A motor, W O T switch and bracket
assembly on the throttle body. C o n n e c t the I S A
motor and W O T switch wires and connect the
throttle and cruise control (if equipped) c a b l e s .
Refer to Wide O p e n Throttle ( W O T ) Switch
Adjustment.
R e m o v e the ISA motor (A), W O T switch (B) and
switch bracket (C) from the throttle body a s an
a s s e m b l y only. Do not remove the I S A motor
from the bracket.
