9 Arc Welding Application
9.11 Weaving Condition File
SPEED TYPE (FREQUENCY, MOTION TIME)
Specifies how the oscillation speed is defined.
There are two methods to set the oscillation speed: setting by frequency and setting by
weaving time in weaving sections.
FREQUENCY
Specifies the weaving frequency if "SPEED TYPE" is set to "FREQUENCY." Note that the
maximum frequency is determined by the amplitude as illustrated in the graph below.
Specify a frequency within the allowable range.
PATTERN
• AMPLITUDE
Specifies the amplitude size at weaving when "MODE" is set to "SINGLE."
• VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL
If "MODE" is set to "TRIANGLE" or "L-TYPE," the data for the triangle must be set to
define the weaving pattern.
