Usage This command causes the Ring Manager to take ownership of the two ports after
Information IFM validates the configuration. Ownership is relinquished for a port only when the
interface does not play a part in any control VLAN, that is, the interface does not
belong to any ring.

5-10. Combination: 3, 4, 5-10, 8.
