Usage
If a local-as is configured, BGP does not allow for the configuration of BGP
Information
confederation. Similarly, if BGP confederation is configured, then BGP does not
allow the configuration of local-as.
This command automatically restarts the neighbor session for the configuration to
take effect.

Control the number of network prefixes received.

Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} maximum-prefix maximum
[threshold] [warning-only]
To return to the default values, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-
group-name} maximum-prefix maximum command.

peer-group-
name
Border Gateway Protocol
Specifies that local AS values do not prepend to
announcements from the neighbor.
