4. Install the overrunning clutch assembly part way

into the housing. Mesh the idler gear with the

driven gear, then fully install both pieces

5. Position the pinion gear, 1,over the armature hole

shaft then install the drive end frame, 2. Install the

retaining screws and torque to 7 - 12 N·m (5 - 9

6. Install the armature into the motor housing.

Gently tap the armature into place with a soft

hammer to seat the rear bearing.
