Identify the pump by the two series of numbers and

letters on the pump flange at 1.

= Features 0-Standard Single Gear Pump

= Displacement Code

= Rotation (left, counterclockwise)

= Catalog No.

= Shaft, Port, Type, and Size

= Revision Level

= Year Built

= Month Built

NOTE: On any warranty work or requests for infor-

mation about gear pumps, please list these two lines

of information.

Clean the pump thoroughly and mark the pump as-

sembly, 1, to ensure proper reassembly.

Remove the pump housing hardware and separate

the end plates and body section.

IMPORTANT: The pump body is aluminum and can

be easily damaged. BE CAREFUL not to damage

machined surfaces. DO NOT use a screwdriver or

other hard, sharp objects to pry the pump from the
