2. Inspect the brake friction puck, 1. If worn severe-
ly, replace.
3. The spacer plate, 2, will show a small amount of
wear in the center next to the shaft at 3. This is
normal.
NOTE: NOTE: The spacer plate, 2, must be installed
into the caliper support, 4, first during reassembly.
4. Inspect the caliper center plate, 1, and bushings,
2, for wear. Replace if worn.
Inspect the caliper outer plate at 1, for wear. Re-
place if worn.
Inspect the thread area, 2; if damaged, replace
outer plate.
