Parking Brake Reinstallation

22. Clean the old sealant from the brake hardware.

23. Install the spacer plate, 1, and brake friction

puck, 2, into the inner caliper at 3.

NOTE: NOTE: The spacer plate is thinner than the

brake friction puck and must be inserted into the

brake caliper first.

24. Install the inside brake disc, 1, over the motor

sprocket, 2.

25. Place a bead of noncorrosive silicone sealer

around the heads of the caliper bolts and install

from the inside of the loader.

26. Install spacers, 3, and caliper center plate, 4,

over the caliper bolts.

27. Install the outer brake disc, 1, and brake disc re-

taining ring, 2.

28. Install the outer section of the brake caliper, 3,

and attach with the caliper bolts previously

installed. Torque to 88 N·m (65 ft. lbs.).
