REINSTALLATION
1. If removed, reinstall and clamp the short section
of hose at the reservoir inlet, 1.
2. With the engine raised, reinstall the reservoir
from the rear, sliding the reservoir at 2, between
the engine bell housing and the loader frame.
3. Position the reservoir and reinstall the retaining
hardware at 3, and the retaining bracket at 4.
4. Reattach the suction and return lines and tighten
the hose clamps securely. Attach the hydraulic oil
temperature sender wire.
5. Install and tighten the rear engine attaching bolts.
Torque to 112 N·m (83 ft. lbs.).
6. Reinstall the battery.
7. Fill the reservoir with 10W-30 oil, start the engine,
and operate the hydrostatic control levers.
Check for leaks at the suction and return line con-
nections. Repair as required.
CAUTION
Do not operate the boom and bucket controls
when the cab is tilted forward.
8. Check the oil level in the reservoir, fill as required.
9. Reinstall the engine belly pan.
10. Tilt the cab and boom back to the operating posi-
tion.
11. Reinstall all shields previously removed.
