Incoming Call Trunk Setup
SV8100 Features and Specifications Manual
Description/Comments
Set the names for trunks. The trunk
name displays on a multiline
terminal for incoming and outgoing
calls.
After answering a VRS/DISA trunk,
the system waits this time for the
caller to dial the first digit of the
DISA password. If the caller fails to
dial in this time, the system drops
the call.
For DID and tie trunks, use this
option to set the trunk.s signaling
type (Dial Pulse or DTMF).
Description/Comments
Indicate if the Analog trunk is Loop
Start or Ground Start.
Indicate if the trunk is installed
behind a PBX (1) or not (0). There
is one item for each of the Night
Service Modes.
Assign trunks to Trunk Groups.
You can also assign the outbound
priority for trunks in the group.
When users dial the trunk group,
they seize the trunks in the order
you specify in the outbound
priority entry.
For each Night Service mode,
enter service type for each trunk.
