Description/Comments
Set if all members of the group
should ring automatically (1) or
through the use of the service code
(0) defined in Program 11-12-09.
Selecting automatic will override the
settings of Programs 16-01-03 and
16-01-04.
Use to set the STG withdraw mode
for each department group.
Determine whether or not an
unanswered call transferred to a
Department Group should recall the
extension from which it was
transferred.
Set how long a call rings a
Department Group extension before
hunting occurs.
Set the type of hunting for each
Extension (Department) Group.
Set up the Department Group called
by the pilot number and the
extension priority when a group is
called.
Call Pickup Groups are set up in 23-
02.
Use this program to assign
extensions to multiple Department
Groups and set the priority
assignment. Each Secondary
Department Group can have up to
16 extensions assigned.
