Adding an Announcement Data Module

This task is only required if you are using the TN750-series announcement circuit

You can use a data module to save and restore the announcements from an integrated
announcement circuit pack and your system's memory. You need to set up the data module that
is built into the announcement circuit pack.
Before you start, determine the port location of the announcement circuit pack. You can find
circuit pack information on the Integrated Announcement Board screen (list
integrated-annc-boards).
