Best Service Routing - Avaya Communication Manager Administrator's Manual

Best Service Routing

This screen administers the routing numbers for each location associated with a particular
application. This allows the Avaya DEFINITY server or media server to compare specified skills,
identify the skill that will provide the best service to a call, and deliver the call to that resource.
