Usage
Enter y to permit all Brazilian trunks calls that terminate
to a station to send back a double answer to the CO.
This double answer tells the CO that this particular
station cannot accept collect calls. The CO then tears
down the call if it is a collect call. Set Country on the
Trunk Group screen to 23 and set this field to y.
Usage
Enter the line load control level for this COR, where 1
has no restrictions, and 4 is most restrictive.
