FEATURE BUTTON ASSIGNMENTS
Enter the feature buttons from
assign to the attendant console. The fixed buttons that cannot be changed (that is, split and
forced release) are shown on the screen. The hold, night-serv, and pos-busy buttons are
shown in the system default locations. These buttons can be administered elsewhere on the
screen. The following table provides descriptions of feature buttons that are unique to the
attendant console. See the
Buttons
sections for more information about the buttons.
