Screen Reference

Class of Service

This screen administers access permissions for call processing features that require dial code
or feature button access.
Note:
Class of Service (COS) does not apply to trunk groups except for the Remote
Note:
Access feature.
A COS assignment defines whether or not a telephone user may access or use the following
features and functions. Up to 16 different COS numbers may be administered (0 to 15).

Automatic Exclusion
The screen lists the default values for each COS/feature combination. For a particular
combination, y allows access to the feature and n denies access. Assign entries on the screen
for each COS to be implemented. Default values are shown on the screen.

CAUTION:
Because many hunt groups are set up with COS 1, be careful when you assign
