Delete an Advanced Query
To delete an advanced query:
1.
From the Query menu, choose Advanced.
The Advanced Query dialog box appears, displaying the advanced queries for this directory.
2.
Select the query you want to delete, and then choose the Delete button.
The selected query is deleted.
3.
Choose the OK button to close the Advanced Query dialog box.
Adding an Entry to a Directory
To add an entry to a directory:
1.
On the toolbar, click the Add Entry button.
The Add Directory Entry dialog box appears.
2.
Enter the information for the new database entry.
3.
When you are finished, choose the OK button.
The new entry is added to the directory.
