The QR code on PDF document sent by the building manager can only be used once. It cannot be
used again after it has been scanned. The entire service activation procedure must be performed
after scanning. If procedure is interrupted, the administrator will have to generate a new document
with a new QR code to allow service activation.
Once the call forwarding function has been configured for the various apartments and Switchboard
applications, it is of fundamental importance not to redo a new system configuration from scratch
(even if the topology is the same): if so, the procedure described above to associate the
smartphone/tablet to apartments/Switchboard applications is to be repeated.
