10.6.2 Factory reset via the Display Module 1168/1
There are 2 ways to perform a factory reset and they are listed below.
Mode 1: press the X-9 buttons (Modular Entry Panel with 1060/48 ON)
Quickly press the X-9 buttons in sequence using the Numeric Keypad Module 1168/46. The Display Module
1168/1 shows a screen page where it is necessary to enter the Urmet or system administrator password
(depending on whether the system is unlocked or locked). Once the correct password has been entered,
confirm by pressing the soft-touch button at the green check mark. At this point, press the soft-touch
button in correspondence of the trash icon and confirm always with the green check mark: the orange LEDs
of the Outdoor Audio and Video IP Station 1060/48 start flashing 6 times. The Display Module 1168/1 will
show the Factory Reset indication at the beginning of the procedure and after about 1 minute the Not
Configured indication (at the end of the procedure). At the end of the procedure, the white LEDs
illuminating the name tags and buttons of Outdoor Audio and Video IP Station 1060/48 start flashing.
Mode 2: press the soft-touch buttons (Modular Entry Panel with 1060/48 OFF)
Switch on the Modular Entry Panel with 1060/48 and wait for the Display Module 1168/1 to show the
following screen page:
Within 5 seconds, press the soft-touch buttons in the following sequence: 2-4-1-3 (button numbering starts
from the leftmost button). The orange LEDs of the Outdoor Audio and Video IP Station 1060/48 start
flashing 6 times. The Display Module 1168/1 will show the Factory Reset indication at the beginning of the
procedure and after about 1 minute the Not Configured indication (at the end of the procedure). At the end
of the procedure, the white LEDs illuminating the name tags and buttons of Outdoor Audio and Video IP
Station 1060/48 start flashing.
