Description: Returns the values displayed in a Summary measurement view. If the

data that is not valid at that instance.

is not a summary screen, then the return value is 'N/A'. The return
value is a comma separated list of the values displayed on the screen, in
the order they are displayed
from top to bottom. The list is preceded by the name of the summary
view; either
"LTE Summary", "RF Summary" or "Modulation Summary".
