In PTC Analyzer measurement, this command adjusts the receiver
reference level of the spectrum graph.
:POWer:RANGe
reference level is automatically adjusted to the proper value to show the
trace on the screen. If the auto ranging is turned off, the reference level
will not adjust according to where the trace is. In PTC Analyzer
measurement, this command adjusts the reference level of the spectrum
graph.
