This command sets the constant SOURCE value of SMU<n> for stress.
<n> is required to specify SMU number. Valid SMU numbers are SMU1 through
SMU6, depending on the configuration.
The mode of the specified SMU must be V or I.
At *RST, this value is:

SMU2 to SMU4
